Although the hotel has a list of drawbacks, one positive aspect is the amazing views from the balcony. As bikers, it's a good location to set-off road trips around the countryside. the breakfast menu is quite good. rooms have air conditioning, which is convenient in the hot weather.
The poor elevator service is quite frustrating. It often takes a long time to arrive at the desired floor, and worse still, at times it moves in the opposite direction.

We had an amazing stay with excellent views; the balcony overlooked the scenic lush greenery. The staff made us feel valued, especially Mukesh and Chef Anil who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast selection was great, the place was clean, and the hotel facilities were great.
Nothing to fault.

Located in the heart of the city and the balcony view were the best aspects of the stay. the panoramic view from the balcony gave a breathtaking view of the surrounding areas. the hotel had an array of room amenities that made the stay more comfortable. the staff was friendly and hospitable, making the stay enjoyable.
The elevator was slow and sometimes unresponsive. It took longer than expected to arrive at the desired floor, and it would occasionally take us in the opposite direction.

Mukesh and Chef Anil went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and took care of all our needs. The restaurant offered wonderful food with a variety of options.
While the hotel had its good points, we found a few things that could improve our experience. The elevator was malfunctioning, sometimes taking us in the opposite direction and took a long time to work.

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Spacious. Polite staff. Mukesh and Vinod from citrus cafe were really good.
Nothing that I didn't like.
